David W.A. Taylor, PhD, is the President of Setter Research, Inc. David was an early innovator in developing PNT technologies to supplement GPS. He has more than a dozen U.S. patents and numerous publications in PNT technology. Prior to forming Setter Research, David was the Director of Technology Development and Director of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing for ENSCO, Inc.
